Applecrumble

Like Arnaud’s grandma’s apple crumple, but in a dumpling. It is one of his childhood recipes.

We use the Swiss classic boskop apple, the ideal apple for baking and make a buttery and sugary crumble, that is then cooled and filled into our dumplings to create little apple crumble pillows.

We add cinnamon to the dough for color and a subtle note of cinnamony pre-winter delight.

Arnaud approves the crumble;)
