GRILLED BROCCOLI & ALMOND
Broccoli sounds boring, right? Naaah, not this one. Charred broccoli with a rich and greasy almond paste and a slight hint of lemon zest. It’s a cosy, rich dumpling with a nutty flavour. Broccoli is that vegetable that we all love so much, but somehow we never end up cooking. This is an ode to the fantastic flowery head that is not boring at all.
