1. After you've placed your order, our team preps your order with lots of love from our atelier in Zurich.

2. One of our trusted shipping partners pick up your order and dispatches it all over Switzerland over night.

3. The next day, between 8am and 7pm, your frozen dumplings arrive at your door.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER YOUR DUMPLINGS?

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, all over Switzerland. Place your order before 4pm and your dumplings arrive the next day, between 8am and 7pm.

We carefully pack all our orders with dry ice, and thanks to our isolating packaging, we ensure that your dumplings arrive safely and frozen to your home.

WHAT IS BEHIND THE SHIPPING COST?

Frozen logistics are expensive due to the dry ice and insulating materials, as well as high logistics costs. However, we never stop working behind the scenes to reduce these costs, so more dumpling fun is in it for you!

We are proud to offer reduced delivery fees and even free delivery for our most loyal customers (whereas other frozen foods may charge CHF 35+ per order or add it into product costs). We're not playing that game here.
