We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, anywhere in Switzerland. Order before 4pm and your dumplings arrive the next day, between 8am and 7pm.

From the office building in Zürich, to the fields of Wallis or the wonders of Ticino, we deliver everywhere in Switzerland.

Deliveries arrive between 8am and 7pm, so you don't need to be in all day. We deliver with dry ice in insulated recyclable bags, which hold temperature for hours — your order is fine waiting on the doorstep until you get home. Once you're back, into the freezer straight away.

If your delivery arrives late, check that the products are still frozen. If they aren't, don't consume them and contact our support team.

Yes, everything, from the dumpling boxes to the insulating pouches is fully recyclable.

Usually, all our frozen products are delivered with a shelf life between 1-6 months. You can find the expiry date on every single box!

No. Steam straight from frozen (make sure the steam is as strong as possible!)

All our dumplings contain gluten.

Hell yes! All vegan products are labelled with 2 leaves, vegetarian products with 1.

Order confirmations are sent automatically once the payment is processed. The email might have ended up in your spam; if no email has been received, your order will probably not have been processed. Contact us if there is any issue.

Nope. Discount codes can't be combined with each other, with gift cards, or with other offers. One code per order.
