Why the comeback? You might wonder.

Well, the answer lies in our hearts.

Since our first pop-up back in 2018, it has been your favorite and it was with a pinch in our heart that we removed the product just over two years ago. On a constant quest for quality, we realized that it was a product we could not scale while keeping the quality, and that presented some steaming challenges for our customers.

But guess what? It's back with a bang! A reworked dough, a new shape, and a delicious filling, to soothe all of you cheesy lovers. Things might get a little messy, fear not that's exactly what's good! Follow the instructions below for some tips on how to get an even smoother experience.

Welcome home, Truffle Brie – we've missed you.

Arnaud presents you with How to truffle brie to ensure you get the best out of each bite.

Straight from Piedmont's highlands, truffles are a luxurious treat. We chose to team them up with a beautiful brie cheese, bringing out the best in truffle flavors, and creating a ridiculously comforting bite.

Cheers!

A GUIDE ON HOW TO GET IT RIGHT

Steam and fry. It's that easy.

For that extra layer of taste with that satisfying crunch, here is our go-to way to prepare truffle brie gyozas:

Quickly fry the frozen gyozas in a pan with a dash of oil for 1-2 min
Add 5cl of water and cover with a lid
Steam the gyozas for 3/4 minutes or until all the water is evaporated

Remove the lid and leave the dumplings until the bottom becomes crispy!

You really love your bamboo basket? Well, you can also simply steam them for 3-4 mins. It’s that easy too but in order to get that satisfying crunch, follow the 4 steps above.
